Rest Your Case delivers end-to-end, unbiased litigation support for California’s legal community — from secure evidence storage and transport to inspection facilities, exemplar acquisition, courtroom exhibit construction, and final evidence disposal.
Our Evidence storage services
Rest Your Case Evidence Storage is an unbiased provider of the following litigation support services for the legal community:
- Storage of evidence in our over 29,000 sq. ft. buildings and large outside fenced areas are available for large and small items.
- Storage rates are set according to the evidence size and special handling requirements.
- Storage is billed quarterly and to one party only.
Inspections for any item may be scheduled in an indoor or outdoor area depending on your needs. Our inspection rooms are well-lit, with heating and air conditioning, and have tools and equipment to assist your inspection. We ask that inspections be set at least a week in advance to attempt to secure the date you request. Any special arrangements should be made beforehand so that we may do our best to accomodate and prepare for your inspection. All bills must be current before an inspection and any cancellation requires at least one day notification to avoid cancellation fees.
Transportation and disposal of evidence may be arranged through our office.
Exemplar vehicles may be located and courtroom exhibits created and delivered to court for trial.
