We Provide

Evidence Storage

At Rest Your Case we have the equipment to handle and store all types of evidence.

We are equipped to handle and store all types of evidence, including: automotive, marine, aerospace, commercial, tooling, construction evidence and more.

We build our own custom, heavy-duty dollies to store evidence. We can maintain and service operable exemplar vehicles in storage and can fabricate equipment to handle unique evidence storage situations which may arise.

We Provide

Transportation & Shipping

We document and retrieve evidence locally and nationally, taking care to maintain and protect the evidence being moved. For vehicular evidence, the extensive use of floor jacks, custom wood blocks, tarps and nets provide an effective means to load and transport items without further damage.

We are experienced and well equipped to deliver for display at trial or for testing on location.

Rest Your Case also crates evidence for shipping to and from experts, trials and other parties.

We Provide

Inspection Facilities

Our Rest Your Case facilities are equipped with well lit inspection rooms, tools, furniture and helpful supplies at the ready.

We have equipment (lifts, jacks, stands, drop lights, etc.) necessary to move, lift and inspect around, over and under vehicles or other evidence as required.

We provide clean restrooms and inspection areas, snacks, fax and copy machines, video monitoring equipment, a conference room and the assistance of one of our representatives.

We Provide

Exemplar Component/Vehicle Acquisition

Rest Your Case regularly locates and purchases exemplar or test components (such as tires and wheels, seat belts, air bags, etc.) or vehicles for its clients.

Parts are documented and tagged per instructions and can be shipped anywhere for analysis or testing.

In particular, we are well versed in locating vehicle, tool, vessel and machinery and appliance components. We are also capable of conducting vehicular surveys.

We Provide

Courtroom Exhibit/Buck Design & Construction

Rest Your Case has designed and built numerous bucks for our clients, ranging from table top seat belt demonstrators to vehicle passenger compartment rotisseries.

We custom-make every exhibit to help our clients' messaging.

We can fabricate, deliver to court, and set up for trial use.
